About Me
I’m Anne-Sophie, a French wellness coach and yoga teacher with Asian roots, born and raised in Paris. Since 2014, I’ve been living in Singapore, where I balance family life, a full-time career, and my passion for supporting others.
My own journey into yoga began with a simple wish to improve flexibility, but it quickly became much more. Yoga gave me strength, balance, and a space to recharge, eventually inspiring me to teach and guide others. Later, I turned to coaching after realizing that even when the body is cared for, the mind can sometimes feel restless and overwhelmed. Coaching became a powerful way to help me clear my thoughts, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
How Can I help you?
I support parents, busy professionals, and anyone seeking gentle guidance in creating balance and well-being. I offer two distinct paths: wellness coaching, to help you navigate challenges, reduce stress, and reconnect with your goals; and private yoga, to support your body, restore calm, and nurture self-care. You can explore either path on its own or combine them if that feels right for you.
As a mom, I understand the reality of juggling a demanding career, tight deadlines, and the desire to spend more quality time with family. My own journey through stress, guilt, and the search for balance has deepened my commitment to helping others facing similar struggles.
My style is practical, flexible, and supportive. Whether through coaching conversations or yoga practice, I create a safe space for you to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I completed my yoga teacher certification in 2020, with a specialization in pre & postnatal yoga in 2022, and also trained as a professional coach in 2022. I am now working toward my ICF ACC credential.
