While I personally enjoy Vinyasa classes for a full-body workout, I love teaching Yin and Prenatal yoga for a more attentive, personalized practice — helping you connect breath with movement, release tension deeply, and feel the benefits throughout your body. Unlike group classes, each session is adapted to your pace and needs, helping you move safely, restore balance, and feel revitalized from head to toe.

  • Yin & Slow Flow

    Yin and Slow Flow yoga are slow, mindful practices designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance.

    Yin Yoga focuses on deep stretches and holding poses for several minutes, targeting connective tissues and calming the nervous system. It’s ideal for relaxation, stress relief, and deep self-care.

    Slow Flow combines gentle Vinyasa movements with Yin-inspired holds, linking breath with movement. This style strengthens and mobilizes the body while still allowing restorative pauses, offering a balanced full-body experience.

    Both styles are suitable for all levels, and in private sessions, each practice is tailored to your body, needs, and goals.

  • Prenatal yoga can usually be practiced safely throughout pregnancy with your doctor’s approval. Many women find it most comfortable to begin in the second trimester, once early symptoms like nausea or fatigue have eased.
